Hopkins showed up timely and performed semi-annual checkup. Informed of possible issues and that current system was out of warranty. Explained possible replacement or repair choices with no sales pressure

Technician showed up as scheduled. He was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained everything he did in detail and served us with a smile. This is the best experience I have had with a service technician since I bought my first home 53 years ago.

Jasper was AMAZING. He came at 8pm on Saturday night, and was not only courteous (brought a mat to wipe his feet on, wore shoe slips) he was friendly as heck (my dogs loved him) and he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and how he was planning to fix it. He did a great job alleviating the problem and then signed me up for their membership plan. Air conditioning troubles in the dead of summer in South Florida can be the most frustrating thing in the world, but Jasper literally saved our night. I’m very grateful!

Hopkins responded immediately when I called to report an issue with my AC not operating. The serviceman scheduled and appeared same day and resolved the issue quickly and efficiantly. I'm very pleased to be a Hopkins customer.
