Brien the installation mgr came after we chose to go with all new outside/inside equipment,new upgraded ductwork and supply lines.The duct crew that installed was fantastic,professional, and never complained about ripping out wet nasty old poorly installed ductwork.The installation crew was way above the norm and left us totally impressed with their quality professional work . All crews throughout the process were extremely neat in the workspace. When making such a large monetary decision we feel fortunate we chose Hopkins a/c

Miguel did an excellent job on AC maintenance. We have a mini split and a Typical whole home AC. He worked hard and showed me what the results were of the maintenance. Other maintenance companies I have used come in and barely do anything and then try to upsell you unnecessarily. None of that with Hopkins. I highly recommend
