I consider myself fortunate to have found Hopkins Air Conditioning in West Palm Beach. This company is family owned and they are serious about ensuring the customer is genuinely satisfied. Customer service has eroded over the years, but not with Hopkins Air Conditioning. They live by it, they believe in it, and that is a very important thing. I had a gentleman name, Tino come and maintenance, my air conditioner, and he did such a good job, I was watching over everything he was doing, and he was so kind and considerate, and literally explained everything he was doing. I couldn’t talk to him as much, because I work from home and I was on my desktop working. I had an ultraviolet light installed to ensure that any mold inside the air-conditioning system in my condo stayed free of allergens and bacteria and other micro organisms that could float through the air. The service was first rate the price was reasonable. If you need HVAC service, and you live in West Palm Beach or around the area, call Hopkins.

Awesome service!!! West palm can get very hot as we know, so a/c is essential. Ramon helped me and my family with the installation and did my mom’s a/c as well. He doesn’t try to sell you anything just tells you what he knows. Very knowledgeable which was a blessing! Highly recommend this business!!! Ask for Ramon!!
