John is thorough and professional. I've only used this company once to repair a unit that was not cooling. The unit continues to work well. Based on my experience, I'm most likely to contract them again for any future maintenance or repair needs.

Been using Hopkins AC for years now through their maintenance subscription, and it’s been smooth sailing the whole way. They always show up on time, get the job done right, and keep my system running without issues. David helped me out recently and was just as solid professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Hopkins really doesn’t miss when it comes to quality service. Highly recommend.
