I appreciate that a phone message left late at night was promptly returned the next morning and a service call arranged for later that day. Andres called before arrival was prompt, courteous, and neat. Most importantly the issue was resolved without additional charges.

Our AC went off and we didn't expect to get Miguel to be able to get here today. However, Hopkins AC did get us on the schedule and Miguel arrived as scheduled, serviced our AC and it is back up and running smoothly. Five stars for Miguel again!!
