I used 2 other HVAC companies before I finally called Lennox the manufacturer and asked for their recommendation in my area and I've been a happy Hopkins customer ever since. I love my tech Xavier and they always successfully schedule him for my twice yearly service. Always clean, personable, respectful, organized, and great with my dogs and cats!

These guys are always trying to sell you something. 2 different guys came within a few days (I had complained about the first guy and they sent the second one) and between the two guys, they recommended 3 different things to be done (2 and 1). Just don’t find them trustworthy.

Mr. Gilbert, I apologize if you feel we are always trying to “sell” you something. That is the farthest from our process that we train our techs. I looked into your account and found 3 of 5 times total we have been to your residence you called us to fix an issue with your unit that was having issues and you approved and paid for repairs at that time. We never do any work without signed approval from homeowners. On the other 2 occasions you had routine maintenance performed and no money was collected on those.
