Hopkins air conditions was the only company that answered my call late at night for an AC issue I had. They came out the next morning and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Needless to say my AC has been running fine since. Thank you Hopkins! Still using Hopkins years later, thanks John at Hopkins!

After calling 2xto not forget the UV bulb you did forget it. then i was told Hopkins would comeback to install and only charge me for the bulb not the labor because you forgot. but you charged me anyway and I had to followup because you did not

Xavier F. was amazinggggggg!!! My ac was leaking and he came out and fixed it. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my additional questions. I definitely recommend Xavier F and Hopkins. Keep up the good work 😊

Xavier serviced our air conditioning unit this morning. Of all the different servicemen who have come to our home Xavier was the most thorough and professional by far. He thoroughly explained what he did and the condition of the various parts that he serviced. We would like to request, if possible, Xavier be assigned to service our unit in the future.
