Jasper was AMAZING. He came at 8pm on Saturday night, and was not only courteous (brought a mat to wipe his feet on, wore shoe slips) he was friendly as heck (my dogs loved him) and he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and how he was planning to fix it. He did a great job alleviating the problem and then signed me up for their membership plan. Air conditioning troubles in the dead of summer in South Florida can be the most frustrating thing in the world, but Jasper literally saved our night. I’m very grateful!

Gazi was on time, quick and efficient. Would highly recommend. We will most definitely call them again. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Had an urgent issue with my A/C dying on a hot summer day. Contacted Hopkins and they resolved the issue that afternoon! A special shout out to the tech - Gazi who truly went above and beyond giving my system a few extra checks that were outside of the scope. Based on the great service I signed up for the annual maintenance program.

Service rep responded to service request with short notice. He was very helpful in evaluating alternative options, given the context of my service needs. He went an extra step in answer to my needs.
