Zachary arrived early and quickly worked through steps to diagnose my problem. The problem part causing my condenser to dysfunction was still under warranty, and the replacement part was available on his truck. I really appreciated his professionalism and that he obviously really enjoys his work. Thank-you!

My largest issue with receiving service is time! Well let me tell ya, lil Miss Christie made SURE the technician communicated with me and let me know when he was on his way. Service was great and went without a hitch!!

We are much happier with Hopkins, John is the pro managers here that fixed our previous issues and maintains our investment properties and vacation home. Super knowledgeable, Honest, and takes pride in what they do. You can tell when a company is well run, these guys know how to treat their clients and employees. Highly recommend company and John.
