I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service was neat and thorough. David was here at the beginning of the time window I was given and he called when he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since in addition to the maintenance, I needed the water line cleared, I was able to schedule an appointment earlier than usual at no extra cost. I also needed a new thermostat since the screen on the old one was no longer legible. David installed a new one and went through the steps for programming it with me. I highly recommend Hopkins Air and David, specifically.

My technician Sophia was so helpful and informative. She took her time to explain every step in the maintenance process. The customer service at Hopkins is impeccable. I will recommend to all of my friends.
