I have been using Hopkins Air as our regular maintenance for over a year now for both of my businesses and I couldn't be happier. Such a well run company with wonderful employees, truly. Always responsive, quick to solve problems and a pleasure to work with. Definitely would recommend!

Once again, Hopkins, as always has delivered above and beyond the norm for customer service in today's world. Even with a maintenance agreement, you never know what to expect, but as the Hopkins representative, Louis was exceptional in the performance of the twice annual maintenance call. Louis was extremely informational in what he was doing, as well as what may need to be done in the future. He took the time to explain errors in the initial drain pipe installation, and repaired that at no cost, as well as making some minor adjustments that allow the air filter to operate more effectively. At the end of the day, there is no better place to go than Hopkins! Thanks Chuck and Louis.

I have been a client of Hopkins Air Conditioning for several years and the quality of their service continues to be five stars. Leart was super professional and polite. When he completed the work (maintenance and installation of a UV light) he showed me pictures of the work and gave a report of the condition of my unit. I renewed my service contract.
