This company has gained my confidence back in their service and success. Had a few painful moments with them a few years ago but stuck with them due to a maintenance contract. Happy that I did because they are back to providing high quality service. Thank you!

Hi Nicole, I apologize it took so long to get your unit cooling again. I see we were able to get you back cooling before the holiday weekend. Please understand we have no control over manufacture parts being on hand in stock. Our priority is to get customers up and running as quickly as possible. I appreciate your feedback and will have an internal conversation with parts staff. We should always be keeping our customers up to date on parts, not the other way around. No excuses. Our parts gentle was in some training for two days and your call should have been routed to our service manager in his absence.
