I'm so happy that I found Hopkins Air....I moved to this area about 7 years ago, and have bounced around trying to find an HVAC service that is above and beyond......Luckily, I finally found the one with John, at Hopkins Air. So thankful!!

Not only did he swoop in like a superhero in a tool belt, but he also managed to turn my home from a tropical jungle back into a cozy igloo. ❄️ I swear, when he showed up, it was like he brought a mini Arctic blast with him. I half-expected polar bears to start wandering around! Gerardo not only fixed my AC; he also cracked jokes that were cooler than the air he was pumping out. Who knew an AC technician could be so entertaining? So, if you want your home to feel like the North Pole (minus the elves and the sleigh), or if you just need a good laugh while your AC gets a makeover, I wholeheartedly recommend Gerardo. Hopkins always goes above and beyond to help us when we need it! Always great service and our tech, Miguel, always shows up in a timely manner and addresses and fixes our issues. Great work and great customer service overall- highly recommend working with them!

Story time I call at 2pm on a Sunday By 2:15 their team was calling me back to confirm a time window (5-8) By 6pm Jonathan was at my house, in the attic and already checking on parts. Thankfully he had the part in his van, within 2 hours of verifying the blower was replaced and my 3 month old was back in his cooled room. Jonathan was fantastic, and the triage/ execution and scheduling was fantastic. Highly impressed, I even setup a maintenance package based on the execution of todays visit. Well done
