I had the pleasure of having Sophia come out for a routine service on my AC unit, and she was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, Sophia was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain the entire process to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It's clear that she knows her work inside and out, and she made sure everything was running smoothly before she left. What stood out most was her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care for making sure I was comfortable with the service. Sophia went above and beyond, and it’s rare to find that level of dedication these days. Highly recommend Sophia if you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-notch AC service. I’ll definitely be calling on her again in the future!
