Been trying to call this company for 3 days. Can never talk to a manager!! Wanted to tell them that the driver was so busy on his phone going down Northlake Blvd at 42mph, in the left lane, that he didn't realize there was a car build up for 1.5 miles !! People were mad!! This is why we have so many accidents on this road. Get off your phone and get in the right lane!!!

I called Hopkins AC serviced my Mom's A/C. My Mom is 82 yrs old and she have been burnt by other service companies. She is very weary about calling service companies. I researched Hopkins A/C and saw over 290 positive reviews. Hopkins technician did a thorough job in servicing the A/C. The technician cleared the condensation line and added algaecide tablets. This is a real customer. Hope this review helps.

After hiring another company that sent a tech I could not communicate with I called Hopkins air conditioning. Im very glad I did. I highly recommend them. Allan showed up and was so professional and helpful. He wore hygentic booties into my home and explained everything to me in full detail. He was very attentive, kind and polite. I appreciate the time he took and making sure to fully inspect the areas that needed reviewed. I will definitely call again for any future service I need and request the same tech. Miguel was awesome. He took care of all our issues and made sure the air conditioning system is running top-notch. He was extremely professional and friendly. All in all a very nice person. I highly recommend Hopkins and we will be using them again.
