Hopkins Air did a very professional job. I called them on a Saturday night, and they came within the hour. The news were not good (I needed new unit). The guys who came to do the installation two days later, were super professional and did a very clean job. They placed protective paper on my area rugs and the carpet upstairs. When they left they cleaned after themselves. Communication was also professional. There was always someone (a real person) to answer the phone, and if they said they were going to call me back, they actually did. In short, I am very pleased with my experience with Hopkins Air.

I meet with Colson on a Monday and my HVAC unit was installed on Wednesday. Colson was very professional knowledgeable, available and responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
