Just started with them. Intially some hiccups. They bought out our old vendor No notifications by either party. Service fell through the cracks They should have reached out to let us know. Also double billed an item. Otherwise they came out immediately and have been very good at communicating. Job still in progress

Louis/Luis was NOT the name of our service technician! His name was Whaudy! A real professional from start to finish. Whaudy’s service of the HVAC system can’t be beat including his knowledge and time spent explaining what we should do and when to contact your office should a need/problem arise.A real trusted technician and very good and knowledgeable. It was another problem with the air conditioner which will cost a lot of money. The tech Ramon came out and inspect the unit and told us the problem and told us how much is going to. He came in really good time. We couldn't do anything today but I'm glad he was honest with us.
