Sophia was awesome. Arrived on time, and was very thorough with her work. She found a couple of issues that need to be addressed; yet, didn't pressure me to do them today. She did point out what should be a priority; which, I appreciate and will recommend her to come back and complete the job!

I have been a client of Hopkins Air Conditioning for several years and the quality of their service continues to be five stars. Leart was super professional and polite. When he completed the work (maintenance and installation of a UV light) he showed me pictures of the work and gave a report of the condition of my unit. I renewed my service contract.

Our new guy, Xavier, did an excellent job of keeping us informed and explaining the details of future work. He showed us photos of sites for future discussion. He only added to the reason why we use Hopkins for our AC/Heating needs.
