Maintenance day at the townhouse. Gazi was the service tech today. As always, Gazi and all the techs are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Making the most of our annual service contract by servicing our system regularly has helped to keep repairs to a minimum.

Miguel did an excellent job on AC maintenance. We have a mini split and a Typical whole home AC. He worked hard and showed me what the results were of the maintenance. Other maintenance companies I have used come in and barely do anything and then try to upsell you unnecessarily. None of that with Hopkins. I highly recommend

We always get prompt & professional service from Hopkins A/C. This time Gazi found a previously overlooked area of our unit that needed attention. He cleaned it and we are pleased that the unit is now running well.
