Was working for Over 15 years with a local company recently acquired by Hopkins. The transition was seamless and have had only good experiences. Have used thier after hours helpline a few times and they are always responsive and get us on schedule timely. Between my family and I we have multiple houses on account. Just had a visiting with Ghazi, one of the techs, and he's always a pleasure to work with. Definately recommend.

Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Irvine explained details of issues he wanted to draw our attention to- he even took pictures of the unit in the ceiling and seemed eager to run through go the service step by step- telling me what he was doing next. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough. Irvine is a great asset to the Hopkins Service Team.

Excellent service! Scheduling is a breeze, they are very accommdating. Miguel did our semiannual maintenence this time and he was very thorough and professional. He really took his time to clean and check everything to make sure it was all operating at optimal performance. He was also very honest with his recommendations and advise. 10 out 10 all the way around.
