The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. I had another company come out and eval my noisy unit. They said everything was fine . . . 12 hours later it was leaking all over my floor. I called Hopkins and they were out to look the next day, extremely communicative as this is a rental property and I was not at the home when they were working on it, and fixed the problem on the spot! I cant say enough good things about this company.
