Hopkins was fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and—most importantly—honest. After thoroughly checking multiple systems, they confirmed everything was functioning properly and didn’t try to upsell or create unnecessary work. They even offered to return when the humidity rises to reassess the situation. I really appreciated their transparency and integrity. I’d absolutely call them again.

Phone staff are friendly; company texts you with the time frame & name techs will arrive; they then text to say Tech is on the way; They are on time & are communicative. Most importantly, they make an effort to provide same day service when the a/c isn't working. Very happy with Hopkins A/C.
