Zachary was tech who was here the other day for our bi-annual service maintenance. He, like all of the other techs who have done work for us, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient. We found Hopkins Air when we had an ac emergency (recommended by our neighbor), and from that point forward I have nothing but positive feedback!

I happy with the service provided by Hopkins. My AC was repaired within just a few hours after my initial call to Hopkins. However, the cost charged for the replacement contactor and capacitor were, based on what I can find, both beyond the maximums of what I should have paid for these parts. They did, however, provide a discount which did offset the overall cost of this repair, bringing the resulting total cost down to an expected maximum cost one should pay for such a repair.
