Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Sweets🌻

Chuck and Aaron did a fantastic job! They were able to come out first thing the following morning after my AC shut down, and fixed the problem quickly. They also identified other issues with my AC system and explained the issues thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.
