Eduan, our technician today, arrived promptly (having called that he was on his way), and immediately went to work on our system after we explained the problem we had. We had complete tile renovation done. We had been told the air conditioning system would be turned off completely, but it was not, it was registering 76 degrees, the system was"on/fan" and the door was open, and no furniture was covered. It was a complete dustbowl. Eduan was able to clean it up with a tuneup, although it was a complete mess. He assured us the system would be running well afterward. He was efficient, professional, and courteous and a definite asset to Hopkins Air Conditioning.

Louis arrived on time for semi annual cleaning of our system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have used this company for over 5 years and would very highly recommend them!!
