We have used multiple A/C companies in the past. There always seems to be something wrong that is much more expensive than you expected when they come out. This is our second time using Hopkins and both times now they have been quick, thorough, and, most importantly, HONEST! Today they could have told me all kinds of things were wrong with the unit, but it was a simple fix of the thermostat needing to be reset because it wasn’t sending a signal to the outside unit. We will definitely be a lifetime customer anytime we have an issue with our AC moving forward, and highly recommend Hopkins for anyone needing an AC repair.

I signed on to their biannual maintenance plan at the recommendation of a neighbor and it's run smoothly over the last couple of years. I had an actual breakdown in the system on a Thursday afternoon and called the company and they were able to send someone out the next day to diagnose the issue. I was able to have the repair scheduled and completed by the following Monday and get a detailed accounting of the cost with no upselling or attempts to add on unnecessary charges.

Sales person didn’t follow any of our direction on installation requests and didn’t share most of what he said they would do with the installation team! Very disappointed. Poor customer service. Both the sales man and the installation manager tried to talk us out of believing what was said and agreed upon. Just another volume company not quality!!
