I cannot say enough good things about Gazi from Hopkins Air Conditioning. The man is polite, professional, patient and helpful. We had an issue with our old a/c, the man didn't even take a break but came early so he could see what was wrong. Once he got here, he took the time to assess and lay out my options for me, walked me through it from beginning to end, and I will be getting it installed the very next day. The man is incredible and because of him I will definitely do business with Hopkins going forth.

Our AC system has been replaced and maintenance by Hopkins Air Conditioning. We have had a pleasant experience with the company and team in general. Gazi is a knowledgeable, profesional and friendly technician. Also, the ladies at the office, they are always nice and accommodating.

Zachary came out and did a maintenance service on our ac unit. He showed me the unit really needed it. I saw how really important the maintenance is because our unit is only a year old.
