The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. I would like to thank the entire Hopkins team on behalf of my family. Thanks again to Chad (the Owner); Luis (Service Tech); Doug, Xavier, Daniel (Installation Crew); Phil (Comfort Advisor) and Brittany (CSR). We had a problem with our AC unit and called Hopkins Air Conditioning for diagnostics. We were very pleased with the expertise and services provided by John J. He was polite, professional and efficient. John showed knowledge and work ethics. He was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning and will be using them again in the future.
