Gazi was still just as helpful and informative on this visit as he was the last time. It's great to have a technician who not only fixes issues but also provides valuable recommendations for future planning. Scott. Wow! The embodiment of professionalism, expertise, thoughtfulness and respect. As I told him, if this is how Hopkins performs as a company, they'll have me as their customer forever. We had an A/C issue: he thoroughly analyzed the potential causes, discussed with me the two emerging hypothesis, tested them and landed on a solution. He exudes expertise in a calm and collected way that, given the situation, I genuinely appreciated. I had the feeling that "he got us" and that he genuinely cared. So so so many times I have come across technicians that might do their job, but don't seem to care much about it (or you). Not Scott, he truly seemed to care. And that came across how he communicated: clear, patient, at every step of the visit. Bottom line: Scott raises the bar and if he is what Hopkins is all about, they will have us as customers for life. Thank YOU, Scott!
