The techs Armando and Gazi tried to help us but the compressor on the 18 month old Daikin unit was cooked. One of many problems we have had with two new Daikin units. Not the technician fault but the manufacturer is disappointing.

Cannot say enough about Hopkins Air Conditioning. This experience started months ago when we called because our AC was not cooling. Talked with David and Chuck who were Oncall. They explained there had been some storms in the area so it may be related to that. They had us reset our unit and call back in 30 minutes, Everything was cooling again. The impressive part … no charge saved them time and us money. Then we had our bi annual maintenance done and Gazi came out. Another professional clean experience. He noticed our unit’s air flow was low. After some investigation found the coil had issue. Ut oh here it comes. He asked if we had a warranty and/or labor warranty. I said I doubt it we don’t normally buy that stuff. Gazi not only was able to get the coils covered by the manufacturer warranty he investigated and found out in our passed records we actually did have a labor warranty. 2nd time Hopkins could have “made money” and did the right thing. Finally Armando arrived to replace the coils right on time, was efficient and clean. AC is cooling and running great. Hopkins Air Conditioning does not only do great honest work when needed they don’t take advantage of situations to make money. In either of the first two examples we could have been charged a service fee and to replace the coil and pay for the labor. All of this came at only the yearly maintenance charge. Thanks Hopkins Air Conditioning for keeping the high quality of your business.
