I meet with Colson on a Monday and my HVAC unit was installed on Wednesday. Colson was very professional knowledgeable, available and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I received quotes from several different companies and they beat and exceeded my expectations. The great service didn’t just end with Colson, the HVAC installers arrived on time, explained everything pertaining to the job in details and walked me through the project every step of the way. The work area was left spotless. I was so impressed when the installer took the time to remove his shoes before entering inside my home. Hopkins air is the way to go for all of your HVAC needs.

The salesman, Colson, was prompt as scheduled, knowledgeable, and very polite. The installation went as promised. The two installers, Gadrian and Andres arrived on time. They were both very polite and knowledgeable wasting no time installing the system and describing the installation to me. They left the site clean and explained the new thermostat to me. I have lived in Florida for 50yrs and I can say with no reservation that thus company was the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was polite from top of the chain to tge installers.
