Gabriel was on point. Did our maintenance and told us what parts were needed and got the ball rolling that minute. Highly recommend Hopkins AC. I would highly recommend this company. The service that Hopkins A/C extended was way above other companies I have dealt with where I live. 12 stars out of 10 to all those that worked with me. I was aware that my brother had replaced his A/C sometime last year, but wasn’t familiar with the company that did it. My brother passed away recently; therefore, I was at his place trying to figure out things like getting into his phone messages, etc., so was unable to hear any phone messages. However, the CID showed several calls from Hopkins; then I was able to get into my brother’s email and found Hopkins had, fortunately, also sent an email saying it was time for a filter change and system tune-up. I then called Hopkins and advised them of my brother’s passing. Since I was returning to my home (in another city), I asked them if I could schedule when I returned on the next trip. When I got back to my brother’s, I called Hopkins and spoke to Shynieder (?) who said they were booked through the month, but that he would see what he could do as we were only available for the following 2 weeks. Much to my surprise, I received a callback in a very short time and said they would squeeze in an appointment within our time frame, which they did. Then Thomas called me to verify everything. Gabriel was our A/C tech. He was very professional and completed the service in a timely manner. Before he left, I asked if he could reach something for me as climbing a ladder at my age isn’t a good idea. He was very happy to accommodate me. I apologize for not doing this review sooner, but have been traveling back and forth. I will recommend this company without hesitation to whoever purchases my brother’s home.

Everyone I talked to before the service was incredibly nice and I instantly knew I was in good hands. Gabriel who was the technician that came out on a late emergency was very thorough and an all around cool guy who held a cool conversation and thoroughly explained what he was doing, what the problem was and some recommendations. Will most likely be signing up for a yearly service contract and will only go to this company for any ac work I need from now on.

I use Hopkins to service my elderly father’s condo. Gabriel is always extremely professional, kind and patient with my Dad. Thank you Gabriel!

I emailed Hopkins Air on a Sunday when our air went out. Rich, the service manager called me with an hour and their technician, Gabriel was at my home with 2 hours! Gabriel was very personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting our system back on! A 10/10 rating!

GABRIEL WAS GREAT. Thorough, efficient, knowledgeable,competent and considerate. Excellent flushing of pipes (glued 2 loose ones ),checked the mold , sprayed and cleaned, would recommend Gabe highly !

Update: Gabriel rocks, super nice guy and was very thorough with the AC maintenance on both my units. The staff that came to do AC maintenance were phenomenal, extremely thorough and their yearly maintenance contract is and excellent value. I highly recommend them!
