John arrived exactly on time today and we found him to be a consummate professional. He could teach the class on excellence in service! Installers Kevin and Karel completed work for our new a/c unit yesterday. My wife and I were extremely impressed with these 2 gentlemen. They arrived on time, worked like trojans and had an attention to detail rarely found with service providers today. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the unit. When replacing the drywall around the air handler, they even painted it prior to putting it up. We would place them both in the category of master craftsmen when it comes to a/c installation. I would encourage all new clients of Hopkins Air that are purchasing new units to request these two to do the job, you can't go wrong. As they neared completion, they loaded all boxes and the old unit onto their truck. Then went around with a vacuum to clean up any dust and debri and left behind a spotless area where they had worked. The new unit worked like a charm and reminded us that air conditioning in south florida is not a luxury, it's a necessity. Perhaps 10 stars is more appropriate for Kevin and Karel. Cudos to Hopkins Air for employing such quality installers !

I recently had a new air conditioning unit installed by Hopkins air conditioning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They did an outstanding job with the installation, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and leaving the workspace spotless. On top of that, they took the time to walk me through the new thermostat, making sure I fully understood how to use it. I highly recommend Hopkins for their top-notch service and exceptional team.
