I had a pleasure of meeting Mr.Matthew Waters and he did an awesome job, if you ever need air conditioning service contact Hopkins and hopefully you get Matthew.

I must say a young man name Matthew went above and beyond to answer my questions I am not from around here very new to the area; I saw him in line at the grocery store with his work clothes on and sparked a conversation. I am now sure that my next purchase will be Central Air Conditioner. Moving from New York State to Florida is a big difference in the heat. this young man said he is very proud of his job and loves what he does. I can tell because he took time out to assist me when he could have just given me the number and said call tomorrow and a rep will help you. Thank you Mr. Matthew

Today, a new technician came to do scheduled maintenance on my AC. Matthew is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I felt very comfortable with him because he is kind, polite and trustworthy. It has always been a pleasant experience to use Hopkins but today they really exceeded my expectations.

Our AC was not working. We called Hopkins and Ileana was wonderful! So professional and cheerful! She sent to us “the real deal”! Matthew our technician was EXCELLENT!!! A real “PRO” he went to work in a professional, courteous and timely manner! He got our AC up and running!! Thank you Matthew!!!
