Eleven+ years ago I purchased my Lennox AC form Hopkins, they came every 6 moths for check ups and service. When it was time for a new one, I called Hopkins again. Phil did a great job explaining my replacement AC options, features and pricing. The new AC install was a breeze, Andre and Gabe did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable about the system and explained how the thermostat app worked. They added new duct work to keep my office cooler, they covered the closet with plastic to prevent attic dust from getting on our clothes and floor and kept the house clean. Great family company - efficient and easy to work with!

The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. Had a very good experience with Hopkins Air Phil and staff. Extremely polite and professional. They are very knowledgeable and will respond to any problems or questions within minutes of calling or emailing They provide MUCH better service and at a lower cost than companies I have tried in the past Highly recommend !

Phil came out to give me a quote for a complete replacement of AC system. Gave a thorough pre-inspection of where the work needed to be done. He explained everything and made me feel like my business would be valued. Competitive quote 👍 Doug and Xavier arrived with Phil on install day, completely courteous and professional and got the whole job done in about 5 hours. The entire experience including the follow up post install inspection was, to me, flawless.

I called Hopkins after frustration with 2 other major AC companies that have been negligent and do no follow up inspection on their work that I pay for. They were professional enough to give me an independent review of some issues. They sent Phil and he was not in a rush and spent as much time as I asked for. I am hoping to change services. Hopkins was an excellent choice and I would recommend Phil for any AC related issues!

Excellent company and service. From the Sales Rep (Phil), to the installers, to the follow-up. Great all around but the follow up is what impressed me most. First day with the new unit and I noticed some adjustments needed to be made for the second floor. The owner himself came out to review and called me to let me know what needed to happen. Essentially, the existing T-stat was located on the first floor and since the second floor has so much sun exposure and gets so much hotter, the t-stat couldn't register the temperature differential. He explained that it was the right thing to do and I would notice a huge difference in the overall comfort of the house. They did the work (the tech even video chatted me to make sure i was okay with the location for the new T-stat) and as soon as I got home (noon), I ran upstairs...HUGE DIFFERENCE! Big change to my home - thank you so much.

Phil came to my house and showed us why we are not getting the best cooling from our A/C. He drew new plans for our duct work; the men came and worked in the attic and now we don't even hear when the A/C turns on but lots of cool are is flowing into our house. I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. When they cleaned up - they really cleaned up. Not a speck of dust anywhere.

We had such a great experience with Hopkins air conditioning. The salesperson, Phil was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to us. We obtained other quotes but in the end decided that this was the best choice for us. The installers, Mario and Alexis were thorough and did a great job for us. I will definitely recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning!
