Hopkins did a fantastic job in replacing our 9+ year old HVAC system - which had failed. We first called them mid-morning Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had a new system. We worked with Rich who is the Service Manager at Hopkins and he did an excellent job of explaining the options, getting us estimates and scheduling the work.

I emailed Hopkins Air on a Sunday when our air went out. Rich, the service manager called me with an hour and their technician, Gabriel was at my home with 2 hours! Gabriel was very personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting our system back on! A 10/10 rating!

Called Rich on a Sunday and he arranged for David to be here on Monday. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced. They worked out the details and should only be without air for a couple of days. They also offered to bring in a portable unit if I wanted.
