Her professionalism shined even when I didn’t communicate clearly exactly what I needed. She continued to ask all of the right questions until we got to a solution.

From sales, site assessment, scheduling to installation; the entire experience was seamless. Nelson and his assistant did a fantastic job with the 1 day install project. The entire team communicates on time and are very thorough in their work processes. The installation team left my house just as clean as when they arrived. Hopkins A/C is awesome! Our two A/C broke down. Chad came out and got the ball rolling ASAP for us to have our new units. The guys worked hard to get the job done in a couple days for both units. When we sold our house the inspector who came out on behave of the new owners had a lot to say about the units in the attic. He said everything was very clean, no short cuts and they even took extra time for detail work. We were so impressed. The entire crew is awesome and I would highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning!

I used 2 other HVAC companies before I finally called Lennox the manufacturer and asked for their recommendation in my area and I've been a happy Hopkins customer ever since. I love my tech Xavier and they always successfully schedule him for my twice yearly service. Always clean, personable, respectful, organized, and great with my dogs and cats!
