I’ve worked with many vendor and with ease I can say Hopkins AC is by far the best around! We have never had a bad experience with them. Love how responsive and punctual they are! John is the absolute best. He is knowledgeable and always willing to further explain anything. Overall the best tech I’ve worked with.

My new air conditioner had issues. Hopkins sent a technician, and he even came early. He was here for at least 4 hours and found the problem and fixed it. Thank you! So far, all is good.

I had the pleasure of having Sophia perform routine maintenance on my air conditioner and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all of my concerns and questions with patience and expertise. Sophia's hard work was evident throughout the entire process, and she went above and beyond the job requirements to ensure everything was running smoothly.
