I initially left a 5-star review for Hopkins AC after a great first experience with Ramon, who was professional and excellent. However, every service since has been disappointing. During an insulation installation, they sent two inexperienced technicians who admitted it was their first time and even asked me if they were doing it right. Worse, I caught them on video snooping through a box on my patio, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, I have a paid service contract with Hopkins, but they refused to maintain my new AC unit (installed by another company due to Hopkins’ high quote) and wouldn’t issue a refund. The service rep, Cathy, was rude and kept interrupting me on the phone. I’m extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care. I’ll be posting the video evidence of the technicians’ behavior. Avoid this company.

We had such a great experience with Hopkins air conditioning. The salesperson, Phil was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to us. We obtained other quotes but in the end decided that this was the best choice for us. The installers, Mario and Alexis were thorough and did a great job for us. I will definitely recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning!

Ramón was very professional and efficient. He educated me on why my AC stopped working and got it back in working order in no time. It was a little pricey but so thankful for getting my AC back working

John was right on time Extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough He was able to identify the a/c issue , inform us as to how it would be repaired gave suggestions for maintaining the a/c in order to have it working at an efficient level and actually fixed an issue I had with The Nest I will definitely tell my friends and family what a great company Hopkins Air. Is .I’m very hopeful to use them moving forward if any other issues arise Great company ! And John was the best mechanic !!
