Ramón was very professional and efficient. He educated me on why my AC stopped working and got it back in working order in no time. It was a little pricey but so thankful for getting my AC back working

Xavier serviced our air conditioning unit this morning. Of all the different servicemen who have come to our home Xavier was the most thorough and professional by far. He thoroughly explained what he did and the condition of the various parts that he serviced. We would like to request, if possible, Xavier be assigned to service our unit in the future. Great customer service! A/c broke in the middle of the night so left a message in the early morning hours. Received a call a soon as the office opened and the technician was at my house before lunch. Miguel was able to diagnose and repair the issue, clearly explaining everything along the way. I would definitely use Hopkins again and would not hesitate to refer a friend.
