Had trouble with A/C. Sophia from Hopkins came out and did some troubleshooting. We think we have a solution already. She was timely, quick, professional, pleasant to deal with and solved the problem. So far so good!

Our service by Gazi was tremendous today very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He came out sooner than the booked time got straight to work and gave us multiple solutions to help our old overheating unit out. 10/10 would highly recommend his service as well as the company
