Reached out to Hopkins Air Conditioning, via website, on a Sunday evening. They reached out to me same evening to inquire about the type of service I was looking for. The next day, they dispatched a technician,Miguel. He and professional. Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the next steps and my options. I appreciate this level of customer service and recommend them to anyone looking for timely, great service.
