Aaron my technician was Awesome.!!!! I will never use any other A/C company mainly because of Aaron. To show up on the 4th of July and to be so professional, and so patient was just refreshing. He showed up on time, actually arrived a little early, but text me to let me know where he was in route and when he would arrive. Aaron is truly an expert in his field, in every sense of the word. He made suggestions and great recommendations on what our next steps should be. I promise you, that anytime anyone asked me what A/C Company I would recommend, without any hesitation it will all ways be, Hopkins Air condition !!!!!!! Eric Walker will be my go-to technician. He performed excellent maintenance on my two units, changing all of my filters and cleaning my return vent. Hopkins is doing something right; keep up the good work!!

My air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 3pm Sunday afternoon. I called Hopkins (and several other companies) but Hopkins was the only company who answered and were able to get a repairman (Aaron who was FANTASTIC) to respond within 2 hrs. Aaron was polite, professional, friendly and I appreciated that he told me what to do to prevent future ac issues and also gave me information on how I could make my AC work more efficiently. I greatly appreciate Aaron and Hopkins Air Conditioning and certainly intend to use them in the future . Thank you!
