Called Hopkins on a Sunday. Were very prompt to arrive and solve my problem with my A/C Unit. I felt that they were extremely honest and professional. Our tech, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable and is a great asset to Hopkins

Miguel was professional... Knowledgeable... Patient and honest....He took his time to do maintenance on our unit..... And verified it was in good working order.... Checked the vents.... And cleaned the external unit.... Overall we were extremely happy with the service call... He did a Great job!!!! Our AC unit finally started dying on us.... They were out the next day to replace.... It was done the same day... We slept with icicles on our faces that night 😁 Thank you!!
