Sternley was an excellent tech!!!! He was thorough and explained everything that he would recommend for service and explained exactly why he was recommending that service for my AC. I judge based off character and his character and personality was top tier. Hopkins AC service is definitely a go too!

Gabriel was amazing! He did a detailed assessment of the ac system, got the maintenance service done and gave great recommendations for improvements. He was friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

John arrived exactly on time today and we found him to be a consummate professional. He could teach the class on excellence in service! Installers Kevin and Karel completed work for our new a/c unit yesterday. My wife and I were extremely impressed with these 2 gentlemen. They arrived on time, worked like trojans and had an attention to detail rarely found with service providers today. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the unit. When replacing the drywall around the air handler, they even painted it prior to putting it up. We would place them both in the category of master craftsmen when it comes to a/c installation. I would encourage all new clients of Hopkins Air that are purchasing new units to request these two to do the job, you can't go wrong. As they neared completion, they loaded all boxes and the old unit onto their truck. Then went around with a vacuum to clean up any dust and debri and left behind a spotless area where they had worked. The new unit worked like a charm and reminded us that air conditioning in south florida is not a luxury, it's a necessity. Perhaps 10 stars is more appropriate for Kevin and Karel. Cudos to Hopkins Air for employing such quality installers !

Today, 5/2/2024, Jamie and Jamal cleaned my duct system, as well as dryer vent. They were on time and proceeded to set up their equipment. Grills were cleaned and sanitized as well, and they left the area clean upon completion. Jamie and Jamal were assigned this job today when original technician needed to complete another. Considering the variables, I rated them a 5, and would recommend them to other customers.
