Chad did a great job on our HVAC maintenance including explaining some optional work that he recommended we consider. He was on time and followed Covid19 guidelines which is obviously very important!! We will ask that he be the tech for our next scheduled maintenance service.

Switched from another servicer who apparently stopped working on the weekends. Called Hopkins they were here her on-time and got the job done right. I just signed up on their annual maintenance plan I liked them so much. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Gazi from Hopkins Air Conditioning. He came in promptly, was extremely professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. Top-notch service from start to finish — highly recommend Gazi if you're looking for reliable and honest AC work.
