I can't say enough good things about Hopkins A/C. I called first thing this morning when I woke up to it being 82 degrees in my condo and they got someone out to me the same day. The tech that arrived was John and he was wonderful! His communication before arriving was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure that I understood what was going on the entire time. He also took the time to explain everything over the phone (a second time) to my boyfriend. I felt safe & confident that he was going to get the job done and he did! I will definitely recommend to my friends & family if they ever need A/C repairs!
