WONDERFUL SERVICE IN EVERY WAY. 10 STARS. From THE BEGINNING this company excelled, detailed & oriented. The system and its installation is very high quality. Technicians are so professional, on time, and always in communication. After completed the job they cleaned up and left no trace behind. If you want attention to detail and quality work performed on your home go with Hopkins Air Conditioning. I am so very thankful I found them, 100% satisfaction. I had Miguel coming 2 days in a row today to check my new system and installed a surge protector. He took at least 3 hours and did an excellent job. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I'll be eternally grateful. The technician tried to rip off my grandmother and charge her $525 to unclog a drain line on a brand new less than a year old Lennox AC unit then they brought it down to 300 after I left a one-star review. Then I was told by Chuck if I removed my bad review they would honor a free service with no charge to unclog the drain but would never come to her property again. I feel the need to be honest about my experience so others know what they're dealing with choosing Hopkins air conditioning
