October 16, 2021 · review of Hopkins Air Conditioning

The technician tried to rip off my grandmother and charge her $525 to unclog a drain line on a brand new less than a year old Lennox AC unit then they brought it down to 300 after I left a one-star review. Then I was told by Chuck if I removed my bad review they would honor a free service with no charge to unclog the drain but would never come to her property again. I feel the need to be honest about my experience so others know what they're dealing with choosing Hopkins air conditioning

My AC unit needed some TLC and some maintenance . This company responded quickly when I called they scheduled me and got me the first appointment so that I can get this issue resolved quickly. Gazi came out and he was so professional. friendly, and he explained everything very thoroughly. He worked efficiently. And now my AC is running efficiently!
