Efficient service tech. Decided to sign up for a maintenance agreement. Christie explained everything exceptionally well and sent over a draft of the contract while we were on the phone! We went over it together. That kid has patience!

Miguel was great! He was on time and offered to come early! He was very thorough with his testing. After he explained his readings, he looked up our previous history to assist with diagnosis. He was professional and even kind to our barking little dog. 5 stars for Miguel! Chad was out 2 weeks ago and awesome too!

After receiving a quote of over 1,000 from another AC company and them stating that it might not fix the problem and would most likely need a 7K new system I was in tears. Then Lou from Hopkins Air came and fixed it for under 500, and let me know that the system was in almost perfect order. THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPKINS!!! and Lou. Your free second opinion saved me and you have earned two customers for life. My sister will be calling you soon.
