I had a great experience with Hopkins Air. Miguel was very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment. He took his time to talk through my options. When it came to the install of the new system it was done professionally. They made sure the house was up and running that day. Even through the rain and in the dark they stayed to compete the work.

We chose to work with Hopkins based on their stellar reviews - and their service did not disappoint! We first met with John Johnson the (sales manager) for the initial estimate. John took his time to thoroughly explain what he thought was the best solution to resolve our problems with the older unit and lack of insulation we had in our home. John was available via text throughout the initial estimate process quickly answering any additional questions or concerns we had before we signed the contract. On the day of install we had two great guys - Yoan and Alberto. Both very polite, professional, and diligent workers. They worked meticulously, efficiently, and made sure to clean up their mess before leaving. They also went over how to operate the system and made sure to show us their work was completed after each major instillation step (outside unit, air handler, blown insulation). We even had the field supervisor Pedro stop by midday to check on the instillation process. We would highly recommend Hopkins! They were great to work with - and we were super excited to have a very nicely cooled home just a within a few hours of the instillation!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Hopkins air conditioning offered not only the best service, they were honest, punctual, professional, and most importantly kind. Our system unexpectedly broke down during the hot summer. Hopkins was quick to respond. John came out and patiently explained all her options and helped us pick the best system for us in our home. He was very professional and thorough. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the way it is working. I will be staying with his honest company for any future needs.
